These terms apply to mapixa.gg and app.mapixa.gg (together, Mapixa). Mapixa is operated by the entity named in the Impressum (we, us). By using Mapixa you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use Mapixa.
1. What Mapixa is
Mapixa is an information service. It shows facts we read from public blockchains, decisions our own written rules make about crypto assets, and a paper record: the trades those rules would have made, priced at quotes we fetched at the time. Paper means simulated. No order is ever sent and no money ever moves.
2. Not advice
Nothing on Mapixa is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell anything. The decisions and results you see are the output of our rules applied to our own paper books. They are not made for you and do not take your situation, goals or means into account. If you act on anything you see on Mapixa, you do so on your own decision and at your own risk. Read the risk disclosure.
3. No money, no custody, no fees
Mapixa does not accept deposits, hold assets, execute trades or charge fees. If you sign in with a Solana wallet, your wallet signs a short text message that proves you control the address. That signature cannot move funds and is never a transaction. We will never ask for your seed phrase, your private key or a transaction signature. Anyone who does, in our name, is not us.
4. Your account
Signing in is optional; the public pages need no account. If you sign in, you are responsible for the security of your wallet and device. We may limit, suspend or end access to protect Mapixa or other users, for example after automated abuse, attempts to get around rate limits, or use that breaks the law.
5. Acceptable use
Do not disrupt or overload Mapixa, probe or attack it, try to reach parts that are not public, or collect data from it at a volume beyond normal personal use. Do not use Mapixa for anything unlawful, and do not present our numbers as advice or as your own trading results.
6. Data and accuracy
Our numbers come from public blockchains and third-party services. They can be late, incomplete or wrong, and services we depend on can fail. Each number shows its age, and a stale number is marked; still, you must not rely on any number being correct or current. Mapixa is provided as is and as available, without any warranty, to the extent the law allows.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from using or relying on Mapixa, including losses from trading decisions. Liability that cannot be excluded by law, in particular for intent and gross negligence, remains unaffected.
8. Third parties
Mapixa links to and embeds services of others (for example blockchain explorers or charts). Their own terms and privacy notices apply to them, and we are not responsible for their content.
9. Intellectual property
The Mapixa name, mark, texts and software belong to us. Token names, symbols and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the token. Rights holders can reach us at takedown@mapixa.gg; we act promptly.
10. Changes
We may change Mapixa and these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; continuing to use Mapixa after a change means you accept the new terms.
11. Law and venue
Swiss law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of the operator named in the Impressum, subject to mandatory places of jurisdiction for consumers.
The Slovak version of these terms is a translation; if the two differ, the English version applies.
