Almost every named criminal Rockstar has revealed for Grand Theft Auto VI lives in or around Vice City, the neon heart of the fictional state of Leonida, which arrives November 19, 2026 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The Vice City music web: Boobie Ike, Dre’Quan Priest, Real Dimez

The largest confirmed cluster is a music-and-money operation centered on Vice City, and it is stated end to end across three official bios.

Boobie Ike — the empire builder

Boobie Ike is the closest thing Leonida’s underworld has to an establishment figure. His official bio, index-corroborated by outlets that reproduced the profile text such as Consequence and GamesRadar, describes a man who turned his time in the streets into a legitimate empire spanning real estate, a strip club, and a recording studio. Per that bio he is most invested in his partnership with a younger aspiring music mogul, Dre’Quan Priest, in Only Raw Records — “now they just need a hit.”

The strip club is part of that empire — but note what the written bio actually says. Its prose calls it only “a strip club.” The name Jack of Hearts comes from trailer signage plus Boobie’s own tagline, “It’s all about heart — the Jack of Hearts,” rather than the profile itself. We treat the specific club name as trailer-signage/tagline derived (tier-3), not something Rockstar’s prose spells out.

Dre’Quan Priest — Only Raw Records

Dre’Quan Priest is a former street dealer turned businessman and visionary who now runs Only Raw Records and aims for the top of Vice City’s music scene. His bio ties him to both ends of the web at once: it states that he has signed Real Dimez, and that his “days of booking acts into Boobie’s strip club might be numbered.” That single line confirms both his link to Boobie Ike and his link to Real Dimez, and it is carried by Dexerto and Consequence in the same words.

Only Raw Records is the hinge. Read across the two profiles, Boobie backs and funds the label while Dre’Quan runs the creative side, and the pair are jointly chasing their first major hit — a funder/operator relationship stated in the official bios, not inferred by us.

Real Dimez — the signed rap duo

Real Dimez are a rap duo, members Bae-Luxe and Roxy. Per their official bio they are friends since high school who turned their time shaking down local dealers into a rap career built on “spicy rap tracks and a relentless social media presence”; after an early hit with local rapper DWNPLY and five years of trouble, they are signed to Only Raw Records — the confirmed link that folds them into the Boobie Ike / Dre’Quan Priest scene. GamesRadar describes them in the same terms.

You will see the duo widely compared to the Miami hip-hop pair City Girls. That is a press-and-fan parallel, not an official Rockstar statement — we flag it as an inferred inspiration and nothing more.

The Leonida Keys crew: Brian Heder, Cal Hampton, and Jason

A second, separate confirmed cluster sits down in the Leonida Keys, built around Jason Duval’s day-to-day life.

Brian Heder — Jason’s boss and landlord

Brian Heder anchors this cluster. His official bio casts him as a classic drug runner from the “golden age of smuggling” who still moves product through his boat yard with his third wife, Lori. It also establishes his hold over Jason: Heder is his landlord and boss, letting Jason live rent-free at one of his properties in exchange for help with local shakedowns. Consequence and Dexerto index-corroborate the profile.

Cal Hampton — the associate

Cal Hampton rounds out the circle. His official bio makes him Jason’s friend and a fellow associate of Brian Heder’s — a homebody who feels safest snooping on Coast Guard comms with a few beers and private browser tabs open. His only confirmed relationships are those two: friend to Jason, fellow associate to Brian.

Raul Bautista — the bank-job recruiter

Raul Bautista stands apart from both clusters. His bio describes a seasoned bank robber and charismatic recruiter “always on the hunt for talent ready to take the risks that bring the biggest rewards,” whose recklessness raises the stakes with every score. The written profile frames him around a high-risk bank job and crew recruitment — and stops there.

Official trailer footage goes further, showing Jason and Lucia alongside Raul and naming his target the “Sinfrontera National Bank.” The Sinfrontera heist is depicted in official Trailer 2 imagery and signage, not in Raul’s written bio, which never names the bank or the crew. We treat the Jason/Lucia crew link and the bank name as trailer-derived (tier-3) — shown on screen, but not spelled out in his profile.

The unnamed Ambrosia biker gang

One group belongs here precisely because Rockstar has withheld its name. The official description of Ambrosia refers to “the local biker gang” as a dominant force alongside the sugar-refinery economy, and the debut trailer shows biker-club members riding through rural Leonida. Rockstar has not officially placed that trailer footage in Ambrosia specifically, and no official written bio gives the gang a name.

You will see it called “Final Chapter MC,” founded 1982. That name and year are read off motorcycle-club patches in trailer frames and propagated by fan wikis; Rockstar has named no such club in any official profile. We report it as unconfirmed community naming, not fact.
