Every GTA 6 vehicle Rockstar has officially named — and why the list is only seven long

Published: 2026-07-26 · vehicles, official, editions, preorders

Rockstar Games has officially named seven Grand Theft Auto VI vehicles, and all seven come from a single place: the June 24, 2026 pre-order announcement. Six are Ultimate Edition exclusives — the ‘67 Vapid Dominator Buggy, ‘95 Grotti Cheetah, Vapid Ganado, Dinka Enduro, Shitzu Squalo and Crest Kayak — and one, the ‘55 Vapid Stanier, belongs to the Vintage Vice City Pack pre-order bonus. That is the complete official list ahead of the game’s November 19, 2026 launch on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The finished game will obviously contain many more vehicles than seven. None of those others have an official name yet, and this page does not invent any.

One sourcing note up front. The editions, the prices, the platforms and the release date are tier-1: they verify live on Take-Two’s investor site. The vehicle names themselves are tier-2 — they were published on Rockstar’s Newswire, which returns a block to automated tools, so under our editorial standard each name below is index-corroborated across reputable outlets rather than machine-archivable. Nothing here is read off a trailer frame, a datamine, or a leak.

The complete list of officially named GTA 6 vehicles

Grouped by the official bundle that named it, because that is the only grouping Rockstar has actually stated. There is no official vehicle class list, no official manufacturer roster, and no official count — just these seven entries and the bundle each one sits in.

Seven rows. Every list longer than this one is padded with something Rockstar has not said.

The six Ultimate Edition vehicles

The Ultimate Edition is the $99.99 tier, described in the official release as bundling premium vehicles, weapons and apparel across Jason and Lucia’s story. Six of the seven named vehicles are attached to it:

Note the spread: a buggy, a sports car, a pickup, a motorcycle, a speedboat and a kayak. Read that as a sales selection rather than a preview of how the in-game roster is organized — but that is our reading, and Rockstar has said nothing either way. Pulling a class taxonomy out of six bonus items would be guessing, so we don’t.

The Ultimate Edition contents that were index-corroborated at the same time also include three weapons — the Girardi ES9, the Klose K17 and the Hawk & Little Morgan Revolvers. They come from the same announcement and carry the same tier-2 status.

The Vintage Vice City Pack: one vehicle

The ‘55 Vapid Stanier is a 1955 Vapid classic sedan, and it is the only vehicle named as part of the Vintage Vice City Pack. Per Rockstar’s June 24, 2026 announcement, the pack ships to players who pre-order before the launch window.

Worth being precise about the framing here, because it differs from the Ultimate Edition case. Editions and prices come from Take-Two’s investor release, which verifies live. The contents of the Vintage Vice City Pack do not appear in that investor release at all — they were published on the Newswire, so the ‘55 Stanier’s membership in the pack is index-corroborated coverage of official wording, not something we can archive from an official page. Our pre-orders and editions post deliberately holds the bonus-pack detail at arm’s length for exactly that reason; this page carries it with the tier-2 label attached rather than promoting it to tier-1.

The Standard Edition names no vehicles

The Standard Edition is $79.99 and no official statement attaches a single named vehicle to it. That is not an oversight on our part — buying Standard does not mean going without cars, it means Rockstar has published no named vehicle as a Standard Edition item. The distinction matters if you are comparing editions: what the Ultimate Edition adds, per that announcement, is the six vehicles above, the three weapons, and apparel.

Why the confirmed list is this short

Every one of the seven sits in something being sold — a pre-order bonus or a $20 edition upgrade — and those are the only GTA VI vehicles with published names, manufacturers and, in two cases, a paint description. That pattern is consistent with commercial need, and reading it that way is our inference about the pattern, not a Rockstar statement about how or when it names vehicles.

The rest of the game’s vehicles have so far been shown rather than named. Vehicles move through both official trailers — Trailer 1 from December 4, 2023 and Trailer 2 from May 6, 2025 — and no vehicle in either carries an official Rockstar name. So a car you have watched drive across Vice City is not a car Rockstar has named, and this page treats those as two entirely different things. It lists the second category only.

How to read a “GTA 6 car list” that is longer than seven

If a list runs to dozens of entries, its extra names came from somewhere other than an official Rockstar statement. The usual sources, none of which meet our bar:

What is not confirmed

In one place, so nothing is buried:

Freshness

This list grows only when an official channel names a vehicle — a Rockstar Newswire post, a rockstargames.com/VI update, a Take-Two investor release, or an official @RockstarGames video. A genuine third trailer, a gameplay reveal, or the launch itself would each be an obvious occasion. When one lands, this page and the database update the same day, and until then the confirmed answer stays at seven.

Changelog

The complete set of Grand Theft Auto VI vehicles Rockstar Games has officially named — six Ultimate Edition exclusives and the ‘55 Vapid Stanier from the Vintage Vice City Pack — grouped by the official bundle that named them, with class and manufacturer for each, the tier-2 status of those names spelled out, and an explicit account of everything about GTA VI’s vehicles that remains unstated: the total count, all stats, all customization, all pricing, and every unnamed vehicle visible in the trailers.
